Kylee Crawshaw

Montour High School Associate Principal Kylee Crawshaw is one of the Pittsburgh Penguins Most Valuable Principals for 2023.

More than 100 principals were nominated for the honor, and she was one of 15 school administrators in Allegheny County given the distinction. This award is given out by The Grable Foundation, the Allegheny Intermediate Unit and the Pittsburgh Penguins.

Crawshaw earned a bachelor’s degree in applied developmental psychology, a master’s in education and certifications in teaching and school administration from the University of Pittsburgh.

Prior to joining the Montour School District, she worked at the Hopewell Area School District as an administrator at the junior high school.

Crawshaw won suite tickets for a March 14 Penguins game, and a Pens jersey. The organization also will make a $1,000 donation to the Montour School District.
