The Helen Street Ramp carrying traffic westbound from the bridge to Helen Street off of the McKees Rocks Bridge will be closing on July 24, and will not open again until early October, according to PennDot spokesperson Yasmeen Manyisha.
“Additionally, the westbound on-ramp from Helen Street to the 51 side of the bridge is tentatively scheduled to close starting July 31 and go until mid-September. We will maintain a single lane of traffic in each direction on the eastbound side of the bridge,” Manyisha said via email.
