Partial closures will slow traffic flows along Campbells Run Road beginning May 16, as road crews work through the end of the year to rehabilitate two aging bridges.
The unnamed bridges are positioned about 500 feet apart on a section of Campbells Run near the I-79 underpass in southern Robinson, where the creek forms a c-shape below the roadway. The contract for the Allegheny County-owned road project was awarded to CH&D Enterprises of Westmoreland County.
Work is expected to finish in December 2022.
